Conversation with God by Shingie Masunda

It’s not about going to heaven or hell, I just want a conversation with God.
There are a coupling of issues haunting me preventing me from growth.
From growing up without a father and the passing away of my mother.
As each day goes by life for me only seems to be getting harder.
I am hoping that maybe He can paint the bigger picture for me.
My canvas lacks color; its emptiness makes me feel lonely.
But I would like to acknowledge lessons learned hard.
For this life has taught me rain comes with mud.
So whenever I find myself in a sticky situation.
I know to look toward Heaven for a solution.
I know why nothing lasts for eternity.
Oblivion keeps everything relevant.
That’s if we ever truly owned it.
Always a fleeting moment.
If I do I away with miss,
Will I find bliss?
Peace?
Of mind, I speak.
What to do for you to grant that wish.
I’m merely a man.
Amen.
